What we offer

We strive to give you the best customer experience possible and to achieve that, the following services can be tailored to your specific needs. 

Move In / Move Out Cleaning

Whether you move into a new home or move out of one, it's important to give it a thorough and pristine clean. We perform this service on completely vacant homes with electricity and water turned on and all biohazards removed. We'll customize this service for you depending on the level of results you expect to achieve.

We offer 2 levels for this service:

  • Light: Includes vacuuming and wiping of all surfaces, including inside of cabinets and appliances, which will result in an overall cleaner look and feel. It won't necessarily get rid of accumulated grime on surfaces and grouts. We recommend this level if you move into a new or well-kept home or move out of one.

  • Deep: Additionally to vacuuming and wiping of all surfaces, including inside of cabinets and appliances, we make sure that everything is as sparkling clean as possible - depending on the state of the home - and also disinfected, which will result in a noticeably improved look and clean feel, overall. We recommend this level if the home you're moving into or moving out of is older and not regularly cleaned or if you just want to make sure that we leave your home as clean and disinfected as possible.

Short Term Vacation
Rental Property Cleaning

We offer a premium vacation rental property cleaning service for short term rentals. We ensure that you provide a perfectly clean and comfortable experience for every guest. We are specialists who understand how to match and exceed your and your guests' expectations.

After each visit, we take photos and send them to you via your preferred contact method to assure that the results are to your satisfaction.

Included:

All living areas:

  • Tile and hardwood floors vacuumed and washed

  • Carpets vacuumed

  • Upholstered furniture - including under cushions - vacuumed and cushions/pillows straightened

  • Lamps/ceiling fans dusted*

  • Blinds dusted*

  • Furniture dusted - including top, front and underneath

  • Picture frames dusted

  • Baseboards dusted

  • Windowsills cleaned

  • Fingerprints removed from high traffic areas

  • Tables and chairs wiped

  • Shelves dusted

  • Mirrors cleaned 

  • Trash emptied

Kitchen:

  • Countertops wiped and disinfected

  • Appliances exteriors cleaned

  • Interiors of microwave, refrigerator and oven cleaned

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected and faucets shined

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

  • Faucets shined

  • Inside and outside of toilets scrubbed and disinfected

  • Used towels collected and fresh ones neatly hung and folded

  • Plus everything else in the "All living areas" section

Bedrooms:

  • Beds made - bedsheets changed

  • Plus everything else in the "All living areas" section

Outdoor areas:

  • Entry way and patio swept

  • Outdoor eating areas cleaned and disinfected

  • BBQ grill cleaned

Supply closet:

  • We monitor the inventory and work with you on restocking

  • We replenish supplies, such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, sponges, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner and other supplies that you offer

  • We wash the linen and towels according to agreement

  • We check bedding/towels for rips and stains and report to you

  • We check the house for items left behind by guests and handle them according to agreement

  • We double-check on expiration dates on consumer items you offer

  • We clean the dryer's lint filter and washing machine's detergent tray

  • Customized tasks according to agreement

  • "Green products" - we'll use only ecologically friendly cleaning supplies for request, for a surcharge

Whether you've got an overloaded pantry or a closet filled with boxes from your recent move, let us take on the challenge of organizing your rooms. We're minimalists at heart, and we're proud to offer organizational services that will declutter your life. 

From sorting out messy bathroom cabinets to re-organizing your entire house, we can customize our services to fit your needs and preferences. By using our unique decluttering method, we'll help you decide what to keep and then arrange everything in a thoughtful manner.

Our organizing process includes the following:

  • Cleaning the space you need us to organize

  • Working with you on deciding what to keep

  • Creating an easy and effective storage system with optional labeling 

  • Making your spaces more streamlined and visually appealing

​

Here are a few examples of spaces we can declutter for you:

  • Kitchen pantries and refrigerators

  • Bathrooms

  • Cabinets

  • Closets

  • Drawers

  • Laundry rooms

Organizing is a complex task and pricing sometimes can be confusing. To simplify the process, we offer packages of 3-hour sessions.

We have a 3-hour minimum requirement to make it worth our time and effort, but not only that: most projects cannot be completed properly in less than 3 hours, even for a single room or closet space.

If you order multiple sessions at once, you get a discounted rate by paying in advance.

​

Note: We can only fit one or two 3-hour sessions into one day.

On our first appointment, we will create a plan for your multi-session project to make sure that we're moving towards the result you expect from us.

​

Prices include a two-member team working on your project simultaneously. In instances when only one of us shows up for a session, the time you paid for will double.

​

Storage and organization tools and products that we provide will be additional to the fee of the service.
